As our contribution to JC Month, we’ve put together a few videos to give a lightning fast review of JC’s career from the early days to current time. First up is a look at JC’s work on the New Mickey Mouse Club, where we learned quite a bit about this shy kid from Maryland.

Now it’s time to say goodbye… to JC Month for 2010. What. FUN! I think I hear Chris month approaching…. If it’s a surprise JC wants, it’s a surprise he gets! In 2008, JC seemed very happy and excited to talk to Tyra Banks about his new show, America’s Best Dance Crew. And us fans were happy to be getting more JC! Also, we’re almost to the last episode of Emerald Cove! Awwww…. Check out Episode 18, up on the Forums!

C and the boys were in a party kinda mood when they co-hosted with Kathy Griffin and performed Just Got Paid at the 2000 Billboard Music Awards– one of my fave live performances from them! Also, Episode 17 of Emerald Cove is posted at the Forums!

JC is all about the work. In this clip from 2000 we get a peek at Boss!JC as he works in the studio with Wild Orchid, and Episode 16 of Emerald Cove, starring a cute-as-pie JC Chasez as Clarence “Wipeout” Adams is up at the Forums!

JC seemed quite amused at the 2003 American Music Awards, both while the Osbournes tease Justin and while presenting an award with Leann and Tyson. Also, we’e down to the last 5 episodes of Emerald Cove! Check out Episode 15 on the Forums!

In 2004, while on the Schizophrenic tour, JC stopped by the MuchMusic studios to talk to his good friend Rick Campanelli about what it was like going solo.

I never realized until today how often JC wins at games and such. He won the YoYo contest, the potato sack race, holding his breath the longest… *lol* But I’m pretty sure his team lost the Nsync or Swim showdown on the Rosie O’Donnell show in 2002. I think…? If not, it’s a fun one anyways ;-D ETA : nope, he won that one too. Maybe it was Nsynctionary he lost? He has to have lost something! *lol* [VIDEO]

AOL Sessions in 2004. Other than shaky bootleg footage, it’s the only time a lot of fans saw him perform Dear Goodbye. Which… yeah *le sigh*. Also, Episode 10 of Emerald Cove is up at the forums.

JC, dorky? Never! Well, ok, he’s had his moments. Like when he and the boys got a special screening of the new Star Wars film ;-D And a bonus! Because it came up in the same search, JC clearing up the rumor about Nsync being in the film on Big Urban Myth. Also, check out Emerald Cove, episode 9 up at the Forums!

Any footage of JC performing on stage would work for this *lol* But I’m going to go for his first solo music video, because if that ain’t being frisky, I don’t know what is. Also, check out Emerald Cove Episode 8!

JC’s a pro, so we rarely see him unsure of himself. So I decided to turn it around. In 2002 Nsync stood up in front of a stadium full of people to sing the National Anthem for the closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympics. At the beginning of the song you see people talking and laughing, looking like they aren’t expecting much from the boys. By the end, you could hear a pin drop in that stadium. In 2002 Nsync announced they were going to be taking some time off so each of the guys could work on other projects. Speaking of media that some fans have never seen… thanks to an awesome Superfan, Still *NSYNC is bringing you all 20 episodes of Emerald Cove, a soap opera aired within The Mickey Mouse Club. JC superfans will remember that he had a recurring role on this show as gnarly surfer Clarence “Wipeout” Adams. His hair was awesome and his vocabulary was… a stumper.

JC has always been a fun loving guy in interviews. But he has also had insightful, thought provoking things to say. This interview with Dini Petty in 1998 is one of the rare early interviews where JC takes the lead.
