The summer of 2001 will always be remembered for the ‘N Sync PopOdyssey Tour–the largest stadium concert tour in the history of the music business!
YM Magazine – August 2001. We grill the guys to see if the money and fame has gone to their heads. By Patty Adams
[celebritypromo] NSYNC’s Celebrity album was released on July 24, 2001. We thought it would be fun to see just how much the guys have changed in 11 years.
Don’t just dream it – be it! That’s the advice of one Doctor Frank-N-Furter and one red hot boy band, namely ‘N Sync. A dream, hard work, dedication and determination is what made this group what it is today. Let’s rewind…
We get to see a little bit of what it takes to be *NSYNC as they put together the MOST INCREDIBLE TOUR EVAR (okay, I’m kind of biased…). Here’s part 1 of Making the Tour- the other parts follow, if you keep watching.
Enjoy!
We’re skipping ahead a little in Lance’s life from the beginning of *NSYNC to Celebrity, but cute boys! I doubt there’ll be an argument! Beware the hairy eyeball at the end, though. He’s waaatttccchhhiiinnnggg!
To be specific, I love how much they love each other, but that was too long for a title! This week’s video is Joey’s first day on the Pop video set. Justin greeting him is great. Chris and his love affair with his video camera is golden. But fast forward to 2:54 and watch Joey and JC review for the standing still dance moves *sniff*
Also, it’s hilarious, I’m just emotional today.
I keep seeing ads for Atlantis travel and all I think is “I don’t care about that stuff, I want the BOYS!” so here they are. My favorite performance-JC’s smile gets me every.damn.time. Have some love for Friday!

Originally aired November 23, 2001, *NSYNC performed for a lively crowd at the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Joining them on stage was Country Superstar Tim McGraw.

Conan is trying to form a boy band and makes it his quest to get Lance Bass to leave *NSYNC and join Dudez-A-Plenti.
They already have their frosted-tip band member in a space suit, dancing with another boy, but…they want the real deal.
Positive reviews and a clip of Joey in The Producers! So great to see Joey in action again!
You know, we’ve all read a million and one reviews of *NSYNC’s Live from Madison Square Garden concert, and probably so have you. Is that going to stop us from rambling on about it? Hell no.

As evidenced by their annual commitment to Challenge For The Children, ‘Nsync was always primed for an opportunity to give back. Whether it was bobbleheads for Charity or an all star video or a concert to benefit Post 9/11 New York, ‘Nsync tirelessly gave their best.
A nice little montage of ‘Nsync’s performances of Pop.
Few artists can brag about having the pleasure of sharing a stage with Pop Legend, Icon, and King Michael Jackson. Even fewer can say they’ve shared a stage with him multiple times. Surely a dream came true the day the ‘Nsync 5 met the iconic member of the Jackson 5 and then got to sing and dance alongside him and his brothers. Later, ‘Nsync would receive the honor of inducting Michael Jackson into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
On October 8, 2001, ‘Nsync were the first musical guests on former MTV VJ Ananda Lewis’ talk show. Joined by their parents, ‘Nsync talked about their chemistry, what makes their group work, and what it’s like to be the hottest thing on the planet– while their parents talk about keeping their feet on the ground.
‘Nsync appeared on just as many or more magazine covers in during the Celebrity era of their career as they did during the NSA era.
In July 2001, ‘Nsync released Celebrity, their fifth studio album. Celebrity achieved platinum status an amazing five times…
