Exclamation Terms of Use/Forum Guidelines

Welcome to the Still ‘Nsync Message Boards. The goal of the staff is to make this the best board on the Internet, but to do that we need you! To make joining our circle as easy as possible and to be clear about how we maintain the integrity of our online community, we’ve listed some points below. Members will be held accountable to this list of guidelines whether you read them or not—so read and know the rules.

Intro: This is a public forum on the Internet which is a public space, that can be read by anyone with membership privileges. Our main focus is the celebration of the men of ‘Nsync, past and present, group and solo efforts and relating topics. The forum is open to any and all interested members to jump in, ask questions, post stories, and chat about ‘Nsync and other topics.

Staff: Following are the members of the staff here at S’N, with links to profiles for your convenience. Administrators and future staff have been and will continue to be appointed because of their passion for the forums and ability to lead. It is not possible to request or lobby for a staff position. When a need arises, a new staff member will be chosen from current membership. This is not a public process.

Membership: Membership at Still ‘Nsync is free and open to the public! Users may use ONE username. Usernames can be changed--simply send a request to the admins with the name you'd like to change to. Do NOT register a new name-- users with more than one username will be asked to choose ONE and the accounts will be merged.

By law, members must be 13 years of age or older to participate in the forums at StillNsync.com. Certain sections of this website will contain adult content and language. If you are easily offended, embarrassed, or become dissatisfied with any portion of this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of this website.

Whether you are 13 or 53, members are expected to speak to one another with respect and tact. Debate is wonderful, but debate ideas, and not people. We will not abide name calling, baiting, bashing members of the forum, members of OTHER forums or fan sites, or members of ‘Nsync and their friends/families. Those who cannot abide by this simple rule will be removed from the forums.

Certain offenses will be cause for an instant and permanent ban. These are noted throughout the guidelines.

Privacy: This is a public site however there is an expectation of confidentiality. It is against S’N Policy to reveal sensitive information about another member on the forums- this includes home address, phone numbers, photos and last names. Posting of private information-- even if you post your own—will not be tolerated. Posts with personal and private information will be deleted. Repeated offenses will result in banning.

Show Respect to One Another: When posting, we ask that you share your point of view with tolerance and compassion. If you disagree with what is written and choose to respond, do so with consideration. Debate ideas and partake in lively discussions, however we do not run a debate or flame forum and personal attacks against members will not be tolerated. Continued attacks will result in banning.

Still 'Nsync forums has not enabled the profanity censor, and we prefer not to turn it on. Please do not create a situation in which we have to add a word to the profanity censor because members cannot speak to each other without using vulgar terms and phrases.

Nudity: Our web host forbids the posting of any images of male or female genitalia, or depictions or photographs of sexual activity. Any inclusion of links to pornographic sites or images will result in deletion of the post. Continued posting of forbidden images will result in banning.

Personal Sites & Interest: All members are welcome to provide a link to your personal sales website in your signature. DO NOT SPAM THE SITE WITH YOUR SERVICES/OFFERINGS. If members are interested, they will visit your site via the link in your signature. Any postings in the forum that are seen as overly solicitous (spam) will be deleted at administrative discretion. Reporting Posts: Please use the 'Report Posts' ( ) feature that is enabled on the board to report threads, posts, or members that violate our Forum Guidelines. Offenses will be dealt with on a case by case basis. These decisions and discussions will be kept private and are not up for open discussion. Please note, if you have a conflict with another member that you cannot resolve on your own, send all complaints to the moderators and/ or administrators. Likewise, if any member receives inappropriate responses from another member, please forward it to the administration.

Thanks to all of you who do report posts to us; it really does help us in our job to maintain a pleasant online community.

Discontent and Conflict Resolution: It is against guidelines to air complaints regarding the forum for the purpose of creating disharmony. Inquiries out on the board intended to stir up drama will be closed and staff will not respond. We are open to suggestions to changes; however the appropriate venue for constructive criticism is private messaging, or email.

Warning: Still ‘Nsync is an adult site with adult content and language! Profanity is not prohibited at Still ‘Nsync, however vulgar, distasteful links, images, posts, and offensive material will be considered outside of the guidelines and removed.

do you have to have a certain amount of posts to have an image in your signature?

You may include an image in your signature at any time. If that option isn't working, let me know and I'll check the configuration.
